Part of building a culture of trust is learning to speak up when something is not right.
You do not have to have all the details or be sure that something is wrong to raise a concern. You can trust we will treat your reports seriously, fairly, and promptly, and if something needs to be fixed, we will take action based on what we learn.
How To Report a Concern
Raising a concern should be as easy as possible. That is why we have a variety of ways for you to tell us when you think something might be wrong. Choose whichever reporting option you are most comfortable using. Whichever option you choose, your confidentiality will be protected:
- We promote freedom of expression and open communication. Local issue resolution is an important part of our governance model. If you are unsure whether your conduct or the conduct of someone else might breach our Integrity Policy, we hope you feel comfortable seeking guidance from your manager.
- We recognize that some situations are highly complex and require the involvement of an experienced specialist. If the circumstances are too challenging for you and your manager, we expect you to contact Anglepoint's HR team: hr@Anglepoint.com
There is Absolutely No Tolerance for Retaliation
It takes courage to speak up when something is not right.
We understand that you might be uncomfortable or anxious. That is why we do not tolerate retaliation. Know that you will not suffer adverse consequences for:
- Refusing to do something that violates this policy or the law, even if it results in the loss of business.
- Raising a concern in good faith about potential misconduct.
- Cooperating with an investigation.
- Anyone who retaliates against an Anglepoint team member for engaging in any of these activities will be subject to disciplinary action, up to and including termination. We also expect Anglepoint partners to abide by the same anti-retaliation policy within their own organizations.
- We will treat all concerns in confidence and make every effort to not reveal your identity if that is your preference.
- If disciplinary or other proceedings follow the investigation, and it is not possible to take action without your help, we may ask you to come forward as a witness. If you agree to this, you will be given advice and support.
- We will handle any report of potential misconduct with great care and due process.
- Under the supervision of Anglepoint’s Human Resources Department and oversight of Anglepoint’s Board of Directors, all investigations of potential misconduct are carried out in accordance with Anglepoint’s compliance investigation policy. Anglepoint’s Board of Directors may also authorize the use of external resources to support external investigations carried out by third parties.
Thank you for your time and commitment to upholding these crucial Anglepoint policies.
