Certified Software Asset Manager (CSAM)

Designed to ensure students can manage software assets in an environment and industry with ever-changing variables.

Certified IT Asset Manager (CITAM)

The primary purpose of this course is to educate ITAM professionals to manage IT assets while aligning with the organizational business drivers that promote ROI, reduces risk and increases productivity. 

Certified Hardware Asset Management Professional (CHAMP)

Designed to address the numerous issues plaguing professionals in managing hardware assets, this course follows the lifecycle of IT hardware assets beyond the scope of the cradle to grave analogy and discusses the business practices that can best be used to manage those assets efficiently and cost-effectively. 

Certification in IT Asset Disposition (CITAD)

Attendees will learn how to mitigate the risks associated with improper disposal of IT assets and determine the appropriate path for their organization and the options available.

Certified Asset Management Security Expert (CAMSE)

This course helps to bridge the gap between ITAM and IT security processes while incorporating security strategies throughout the ITAM policies, processes and procedures so that ITAM enhances the security program and improves the applicable governance.

Certified Mobile Asset Manager (CMAM)

The course will prepare individuals with the knowledge to manage personnel, policies and processes, the key elements in organizational IT management. This course encompasses both organizational owned assets as well as BYOD (employee-owned).
